Felicia lost all hope with aggressive breast cancer. It was April 2014 when Felicia found a small lump, the size of a peanut in her breast. Within three months, in July 2014, unfortunately, her breast lump had grown to the size of a large orange. With no financial resources to have the much-needed operation, Felicia a mother of two had lost all hope waiting to die.
Fortunately, African Neighborhoods and Medical Missions, Inc. (USA) and its subsidiary Good Samaritan Medical and Rehabilitation Missions came to her aid and sponsored her to have the operation for her aggressive cancer. The sponsorship came in time, amazingly there was a surgical team on a mission trip from the United States who had visited Ghana.
Felicia was the last patient they operated on and they returned back to the U.S. What a blessing Felicia received. With the will to survive and to be there for her two children, after successful breast cancer surgery and cancer free Felicia with a happy smile.
